Dash is a friendly dog with a nice temperament and enough energy to make a fun hunting or outdoor companion while still fitting in well with an active family.
He has been introduced to retrieving and enjoys chasing bumpers. He will pick them up, bring them back, and hold them, but he is still very much a work in progress. His retrieves and delivery are not yet polished, and he will need additional training to become a finished hunting dog.
Dash is comfortable on a leash and is easy to handle around people. He would be a good fit for someone looking for a dog with a basic foundation that they can continue training and develop at their own pace.
If you're looking for a started retriever with a good attitude and room to grow, Dash could be a great fit.
